Important Refund Terms

Please read this refund policy carefully before making a purchase. By subscribing to our Services provided by Inclusive Creativity for Business SPC (Loopz), you acknowledge and agree to these refund terms.

24-Hour Refund Window

Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase or renewal only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Zero metered usage (no AI messages sent, no voice minutes used)
  • No channels have been connected or activated (WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.)
  • No AI agents have been deployed or configured

⚠️ After 24 hours OR any activation/usage (whichever comes first), all payments—including renewals and add-ons—are final and non-refundable.

Subscriptions & Renewals

Auto-Renewal: Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.

Cancellation: You must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle. Cancellation can be done through your dashboard.

No Pro-Rata Refunds:

After 24 hours or any activation/usage, no refunds are provided for:

  • Partial subscription periods
  • Mid-term cancellations
  • Unused features or services
  • Downgrading to a lower plan

Exceptions & Special Cases

Refunds may be provided in the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate Charges: If you are charged twice for the same service due to a technical error on our part.
  • Billing Errors: If there is a clear billing mistake in our system.
  • Legal Requirements: Where refunds are required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

For all other cases, any remedy is at the sole discretion of Inclusive Creativity for Business SPC and may be provided as:

  • Non-cash account credits
  • Service extensions
  • Case-by-case considerations with no guarantee of a refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under this policy, please contact us within **24 hours** of your purchase with your account details and reason for the refund request.
