These Terms apply to all users of the Services, including but not limited to business owners, developers, and end customers who interact with AI agents created through our platform.
2. Description of Service
Inclusive Creativity for Business SPC provides a conversational AI platform (Loopz) that enables businesses to create, deploy, and manage AI agents across multiple channels including WhatsApp, Instagram, websites, and other messaging platforms.
Our Services include:
- No-code AI agent builder
- Multi-channel deployment (WhatsApp, Instagram, Website widgets)
- E-commerce integrations (Salla, Zid, Shopify, etc.)
- Payment processing integrations
- Analytics and reporting tools
- Voice and text interaction capabilities
- Multi-language support including Arabic
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
Account Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Acceptable Use: You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Create AI agents that promote hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Use the Services to spam or send unsolicited communications
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction
Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all content created through your AI agents, including conversations, responses, and any data processed.

7,500 monthly credits, 2 AI Agents, Email support.
Growth Plan
18,000 monthly credits, 5 AI Agents, Email support.
Premium Plan
50,000 monthly credits, 10 AI Agents, Priority support.
Payment Terms
- • Monthly or annual billing cycles available
- • 20% discount applied to annual subscriptions
- • Payment due in advance for each billing cycle
- • Automatic renewal unless cancelled
- • Credits refresh at the start of each billing cycle
7. Intellectual Property
Our IP: The Loopz platform, including its software, algorithms, design, and content, is the intellectual property of Inclusive Creativity for Business SPC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create using our platform. However, you grant us a license to use, modify, and process this content to provide our Services.
AI-Generated Content: Content generated by AI agents may be subject to specific licensing terms depending on the underlying AI models used.
8. Service Availability and Support
We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our Services. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inclusive Creativity for Business SPC (Loopz) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may cancel your account through your dashboard or by contacting our support team.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services immediately if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
Upon termination, your right to access and use our Services will cease immediately, though certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through our platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of our Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
